Harper Ford / Kia in Belle Vernon is looking for motivated Quick Lube Technicians to join our growing service team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform oil and filter changes Complete multipoint vehicle inspections Check and refill vehicle fluids Check and properly adjust tire pressures Perform tire rotations Inspect brakes, tires, belts, hoses and other components Replace oil drain plugs and filters Perform basic preventative maintenance Identify worn or damaged vehicle components Assist with basic automotive repairs Use hand tools, power tools and shop equipment Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment when appropriate Test-drive vehicles when required Communicate additional vehicle needs to Service Advisors and technicians Maintain an efficient workflow Keep your work area clean, organized and safe

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive service experience preferred but not required One year of service-department experience is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude Basic understanding of automotive systems Desire to learn automotive diagnostics and repair Dependable and motivated attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn new automotive technology and repair procedures High school diploma or GED ASE certifications or automotive technical degree preferred but not required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
