What You'll Find Here:

Flat rate pay: $35-$50/hr based on your superpowers Monday-Friday schedule (your weekends are yours!) What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnosing and repairing vehicles like the pro you are Tackling everything from brakes to electrical to engine diagnostics Staying current with ongoing training (we're growth-minded, not stuck in 2005) Communicating clearly with your team about needs and wins Bringing your A-game every day and being someone we're proud to work beside

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of hands-on experience turning wrenches American/Asian or American/Euro repair experience A hunger to keep learning Detail-oriented mindset with pride in quality work Positive, team-first attitude (ego-free zone!)
