Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Mechanic to join our industrial maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems within a manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of machinery. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulic components, pneumatic systems, and mechanical failures utilizing electrical diagnostics tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics. Conduct equipment troubleshooting and repairs including welding (stick welding), electrical maintenance, and mechanical adjustments to minimize downtime. Operate industrial machinery such as scissor lifts safely while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history accurately. Read electrical blueprints and schematics to diagnose complex issues related to electrical systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions for equipment optimization. Skills Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with a solid understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and electrical blueprint reading. Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrician practices. Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, repair techniques including welding (stick welding), and mechanical adjustments. Familiarity with schematics interpretation, analysis skills, and engineering troubleshooting methods. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools effectively. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English to collaborate across teams effectively.
