PM Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues. The Automotive Mechanic will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing hand tools and equipment to ensure vehicles are safe and functioning optimally.

Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles. Diagnose vehicle issues using appropriate tools and techniques. Conduct alignments, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and other mechanical services. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to complete repairs. Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's condition, repair needs, and service recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive service industry. PA State Inspection License is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive systems. Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and welding techniques as needed. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
