Harper CDJR in Connellsville is looking for a skilled Certified Automotive Technician who wants to concentrate on diagnosing and repairing vehicles correctly - not constantly watching the clock. We've moved away from the traditional flat-rate-only mentality. Our hybrid/non-flat-rate compensation structure provides dependable compensation based on your skills and experience while still giving productive technicians the opportunity to earn additional money through production bonuses. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics Complete maintenance and repair work accurately Diagnose engine, transmission and drivability concerns Repair steering, suspension and braking systems Diagnose electrical and electronic systems Perform manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and factory information systems Inspect vehicles and identify additional service needs Work closely with Service Advisors and the rest of the service team Document completed repairs accurately Maintain a clean and safe working environment Participate in ongoing factory training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive repair experience Automotive or manufacturer certifications preferred CDJR/Stellantis experience is a major plus Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities Electrical diagnostic experience Commitment to quality workmanship Dependable and motivated attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to continue factory training Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
