Job Summary Moon Township Honda has more work than we can keep up with, and we need skilled Automotive Technicians to help us keep pace. Pay is flat rate based, $70,000 to $130,000 annually depending on experience and productivity. We're a busy, established Honda dealership with a steady stream of customers, which means consistent hours and no slow days waiting around for the next car. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with dealership experience a plus. This role requires solid understanding of powertrain systems, electrical systems, and general mechanical diagnostics to keep vehicles running at their best. Our shop is air conditioned, so you're working in a comfortable environment year round. Duties

• Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Repair and replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to complete repairs efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to align on repair processes and ensure high quality service
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles for customer reference
• Stay current on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous education Skills
• Proficiency in automotive repair with hands on experience in a dealership setting preferred
