Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown is growing, and we're looking for skilled Diesel Truck and Automotive Technicians to join our award-winning service team. Whether you're a recent tech school graduate or an experienced technician, this is your chance to build a rewarding career with one of the region's most respected dealer groups.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $160,000+ per year (based on skill level, certifications, and performance)Qualifications:
Tech School Graduates:
are welcome to apply for our mentoring program.Automotive Technicians:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- State and or emissions license a plus but not a must have.
