• At least fifteen years of experience in the Automotive industry.
• Exemplary diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency with scanners and diagnostic equipment including lab scopes.
• A team player attitude. We all work together to uphold our customer's expectations.
• A sense of urgency. In today's world everyone needs their vehicle. We strive to have same day service for our customers.
• ASE Master Certification. The candidate must be able to do state inspection waivers.
• Pennsylvania state inspection and emissions certification.
• A healthy love for challenges. We fix what other shops cannot. We have the best tools and diagnostic equipment around.
• The ability to be adaptable. We work on all makes and models. We will provide the repair guides needed.
• Excellent communications skills. Our service writers need to be able to thoroughly explain the testing and repairs needed on their vehicle.
• A positive can-do attitude.
• Current driver's license.
• A desire to learn something new every day and the willingness to continually train.
