Job Description

Twin Pine Ford is looking to hire high quality and hardworking Mobile Auto/Truck Service Technicians to provide quality vehicle repairs for customer satisfaction, and department profitability. We are looking for candidates for our 2nd shift (2PM
- 10PM or longer if needed) to work at various businesses in near of recalls and some bigger ticket needs in the future.

Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (would be a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of service tech experience, or technical school + experience equivalent to 1 year
- PA Inspection License and Emissions License (Required or the ability to earn in the future)
- Ford Certified (would be a plus)
- Factory Warranty Technicians (would be a plus)
Essential Duties:
- Perform requested operations using recommended procedures, tools, and equipment
- Document work performed and applicable technical information
- Clean all parts that have been worked on and keep vehicles clean
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of personal work area
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Order parts according to dealership procedures
- Conduct final inspection on all vehicles
- Promote the sales of labor, parts, and accessories to meet customer needs
- Discuss work performed and changes with customer by telephone or upon arrival at dealership
- Maintain working relationship with Ford engineers and hotline
- Maintain department correspondence and files
- Assist other technicians on the job; provide technical information; ensure use of correct tools and equipment
- Keep workshop technical information updated.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop, technician's facilities, and service parking lot
- Maintain vehicle service history files
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before customers
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Driver's License:
- Valid Driver's License Required Become a member of a Lancaster County's fastest growing car dealership.
