We are a family owned instant oil change shop that also provides a wide array of services. We are looking for a motivated individual with previous Automotive experience (Vo-tech or tech school students welcome to apply). The desired candidate will be eager to learn, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work with a team to accomplish goals. Position is full time with option of overtime after training and probationary period. Being able to use stairs is a must. We are open Tuesdays through Saturdays. This position would be 40

• 46 hours weekly. Job duties include but may not be limited to:
• Complete oil changes properly and in a timely manner while ensuring the vehicle is properly lubricated.
• Replace wiper blades and air filters
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment: take out trash, sweep floors, clean up any spills promptly and assist with inventory and stocking of product.
• Provide excellent customer service to anyone entering the shop.

Job requirements:

• Must be able to handle completing oil changes within 15-20 minutes while customers wait.
• Ability to crouch, bend, twist and work with your hands above you head.
• Ability to climb stairs and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely for various shop duties.
• Provide excellent customer service for anyone entering the shop.
• Must be able to follow directions, be motivated to learn, and work with a team.
• Must have reliable way to and from work.

Experience:

• 1 year prior experience in an automotive repair setting is preferred or vo tech students.
• Familiarity with regular vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and operate power tools safely.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for mechanical tasks.
• Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with customers.

From $18.00 per hour
