Duties Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair estimates clearly, utilizing estimating software and automotive diagnostics tools Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs to enhance vehicle longevity and safety Collaborate with technicians to review vehicle issues and ensure accurate service writing and documentation Manage customer communication throughout the repair process, providing updates and explaining repairs in an understandable manner Use automotive repair knowledge to assist in diagnosing issues or advising on mechanical repairs when needed Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during all client interactions Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service management role within a dealership or independent shop Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, estimating software, and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems Experience with service writing, auto estimating, and understanding of automotive repair procedures including oil changes, tire service, brake repair, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repair Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to clients Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and client trust Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driving experience preferred Knowledge of dealership operations or auto service management is highly desirable Cash handling experience and attention to detail in managing transactions Join us if you're passionate about cars and eager to deliver outstanding service!
