Bennett Toyota of Lebanon is looking for Automotive Technicians to join our growing Service Department. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Toyota and other makes and models Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Perform brake, suspension, steering, HVAC, engine, and other automotive repairs Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance and inspections Properly diagnose vehicle concerns using scan tools, service information, and diagnostic equipment Communicate additional repair needs to the Service Advisor Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards Document all work performed accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow manufacturer and dealership safety procedures Complete Toyota training and certifications as required Work as part of a team with Service Advisors, Parts, and other Technicians What We're Looking For Automotive repair experience preferred Toyota experience or Toyota certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Professional attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Professional-grade tools Why Bennett Toyota?
