Job Description

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate personal and professional conduct consistent with the mission, beliefs and ideals of CCA. Assists and train with Master Mechanic and Service Technician at Central Maintenance. Hands on training repairing and performing PM on trucks, tractors and various pieces of equipment. Diagnosing vehicle problems using diagnostic tools and expertise, performing repairs on engines, brakes, and other components, conducting routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, and communicating with customers about vehicle issues and repairs. Mechanics also manage repair logs, ensure safety standards are met, and stay updated on evolving vehicle technologies. Promote an overall high level of communication and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
PA State Certified Safety Inspector License (Required or willing to obtain)
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of vehicle mechanical and electronic systems.
Diagnostic Tools:
Proficiency in using specialized tools, including computerized diagnostic equipment.
Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
Manual Dexterity:
Skilled in using various hand tools and performing hands-on repair work.
Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with management and other technicians.
Adaptability:
A commitment to staying current with advancements in automotive technology. Excellent time management.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
