Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Quick Lube Service Advisor to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking quick oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance. Your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will help guide customers through their service options, upsell additional services, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine excellent customer service skills with automotive expertise, contributing to customer satisfaction and dealership success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle needs, and explain recommended services clearly and confidently Use estimating software to prepare accurate service estimates and communicate costs effectively Collaborate with technicians to understand vehicle diagnostics and repairs needed for additional services Manage service writing tasks efficiently, ensuring all work orders are detailed and accurate Handle cash transactions securely while maintaining excellent client communication throughout the service process Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive repair procedures including oil changes, tire service, brake repair, and suspension work to better assist customers Skills Proven experience in auto service management or as a service technician with a focus on quick lube operations Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems such as transmissions, brakes, shocks & struts, and oil change procedures Automobile Knowledge Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency Experience with dealership environments a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles as needed Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, auto estimating, and service writing processes Cash handling experience combined with strong organizational skills Attention to Detail Problem Solving Skills Join us in delivering exceptional automotive care while building your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment!
