Maintenance Mechanic (Fleet/Equipment)-Full Time First Shift We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in New Castle, PA. Hours:

7:00 - 3:30, Monday through

Friday Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair vehicles and equipment Perform regular preventive maintenance on fleet trucks and construction machinery Track oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and maintenance records Document equipment issues and suggest parts for repairs or replacements Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Operate lifts, equipment, and vehicles throughout the shop and yard Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure machinery remains reliable and safe

Minimum Requirements:

Prior mechanic experience Experience with hand and power tools Strong computer skills Physically able to lift, stand, bend, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift Safety-conscious and dependable Nice to

Have Skills:

Familiarity with fleet and construction equipment Basic electrical troubleshooting abilities Valid driver's license

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working on fleet trucks, forklifts, or construction machinery
