Full-time only

Primary Duties:

• Answering phones.
• Assisting customers with their tire related questions both in person and over the phone
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage and history of the vehicle
• Writing, pricing and selling automotive repair work
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Service Writer, Service Advisor, Service Manager, or similar role.
• Existing tire knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Excellent personality and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Punctual, dependable team player.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Employment is contingent upon background check
