• full service truck and trailer repair shop located in Pittston, PA. We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with prior experience in the field. 40
• 50 hours per week.

Must be able to work second shift till 7 or 8 pm and some Saturdays. Must have good customer service skills , service writting experience in diesel truck parts sales and repairs . Must be professional, highly motivated and organized. Able to multitask in a fast paste environment.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accurate information is recorded on work orders and invoices
• Answer phone calls, take messages, communicate with technicians to ensure the most efficient work flow
• Dispatching technicians during Mobil Service Calls
• Create work orders,estimates, invoices, check in and out customers, taking payments
• Must be good with numbers and have previous cash handling experience
• Communicate with vendors, order parts, checking and replenishing inventory
• Keep accurate notes during the day, relay information to the management and staff
• Communicate with customers about services, follow up on payments
• Must know basic excel
• Sending /Receiving emails to customers
• Reconciling vendor statements, making payments
• Returning parts and cores to vendors when required
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
• Picking up parts from dealers when necessary
• Calling customers about upcoming maintenance, follow up on payments/

Skills:

Knowledge of Russian Language is a plus

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact
• Must have some knowledge of heavy duty truck parts

Pay:

$18.00

• $25.

00 per hour
