$85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) About the Role Ace Limousine & Airport Service is hiring an experienced Fleet Mechanic to keep our luxury transportation vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready. This is a hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a mixed fleet of gas and diesel vehicles. Fleet Overview Our fleet includes:

Ford Transit and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans Ford E450 / F550 and Freightliner shuttle buses MCI motor coaches Luxury SUVs and sedans (Suburban, Lincoln, Volvo) What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on gas and diesel vehicles Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, A/C, suspension, and brake issues Complete work accurately and document repairs, parts used, and vehicle condition Follow preventative maintenance schedules and help keep vehicles DOT-compliant and service-ready Coordinate with outside vendors on major repairs when needed Track parts usage and communicate maintenance needs clearly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment What We're Looking For Proven experience in fleet, commercial, or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on gas and diesel engines Experience with vans, shuttles, buses, or commercial A/C systems is a plus Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet repair timelines Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality CDL is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay: $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience Full-time, stable work with a growing company Hands-on role with a diverse luxury and commercial fleet Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow your skills as the company expands If you're a skilled mechanic who wants a dependable, hands-on fleet role—not a desk job—apply today and help keep our vehicles running at peak performance.
