What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers and provide a world-class service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Communicate recommended maintenance and repair services Utilize digital vehicle inspections and technician videos to educate customers Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction Build long-term relationships that create loyal customers for life

What We're Looking For:

Automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to explain technical information in simple terms Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-first mentality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency and willingness to learn dealership software Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Patriot Chevrolet?
