Tire & Lube Technician / Automotive Mechanic McCarthy Tire is seeking a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Tire & Lube Technician / Automotive Mechanic to join our team. This position focuses primarily on light-duty vehicles, including tires, oil changes, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, with occasional heavy-duty truck work. Responsibilities Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs Perform oil changes, fluid services, inspections, and preventative maintenance Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical, A/C, and other systems Perform wheel alignments and general automotive repairs Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair needs Perform heavy-duty truck service as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Provide and maintain your own tools Requirements Automotive or tire/service experience preferred Must have or be able to obtain a state inspection license Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Heavy-duty experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, safety-minded, and customer-focused Why McCarthy Tire?
