Position Summary The Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, organizing, and ensuring operational readiness of all company vehicles, truck mount systems, portable machines, drying equipment, and tools. When maintenance tasks are complete or workload is light, this position will transition into the field to assist as a Cleaning Technician , supporting carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and restoration services as needed. This dual-role position helps keep both equipment uptime high and daily production strong. Cleaning & Restoration Equipment Maintain truck mount and portable carpet cleaning machines Service wands, hoses, pumps, fittings, and pressure components Perform preventative maintenance on dehumidifiers, air movers, and specialty drying equipment Diagnose minor mechanical or operational issues and complete repairsh Shop Organization & Inventory Keep shop, vehicles, and storage areas clean and organized Monitor inventory of parts, filters, chemicals, and supplies Assist with ordering and restocking Ensure all tools and equipment are ready for daily dispatch Pay & Benefits $18 - $26 per hour (based on experience) Full-time, steady schedule Opportunities for advancement into Fleet & Equipment Manager Supportive, growth-focused company culture Why Join OrganiCLEAN?
