Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair estimates clearly and confidently, utilizing auto estimating tools and technical knowledge Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, suspension work, tire services, alignments, shocks & struts, diesel engine repairs, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Upsell additional services by highlighting benefits like vehicle safety, performance improvements, and cost savings over time Manage service writing processes accurately while maintaining detailed records of work performed and parts used Handle cash transactions professionally while maintaining accountability for all financial dealings Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive diagnostics to assist in explaining repair procedures to customers effectively Experience Proven dealership experience or background in auto service management is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, alignments, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and auto estimating software Previous experience in service technician roles or mechanic work is advantageous Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Demonstrated ability to upsell services while maintaining integrity and customer trust Experience handling cash transactions and working within a fast-paced dealership environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
