What You'll Do As a Tire & Lube Technician, you'll be a vital part of the team, handling essential maintenance and setting the foundation for deeper diagnostic and repair work as you level up your skills. Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other preventive services Rotate, inspect, and maintain tires, including pressure checks and basic repairs Assist with vehicle alignments and learn proper adjustment techniques Contribute to basic diagnostic work and support senior techs Use hand and power tools with confidence and care Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area Deliver friendly, respectful customer service every time What We're Looking For Solid experience with oil changes, tire services, and basic maintenance Familiarity with vehicle alignments and entry-level diagnostics Willingness to learn, improve, and grow into a flat-rate tech role A positive attitude and team-first mindset Experience in a dealership or repair shop is a bonus, but not required Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Must be able to lift heavy items as needed Why Join Welborn Tire and Auto?
