What You'll Do:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with OEM factory standards Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Utilize modern diagnostic tools, manufacturer systems, and technical resources Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations Collaborate with fellow technicians and service leadership Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology

What We're Looking For:

Previous dealership experience strongly preferred Existing OEM manufactuer certifications strongly preferred ASE certifications are a plus Master Technician-level experience is highly valued Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle concerns Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and productivity Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements Why Choose Vaden Automotive?
