Your Day-to-Day:

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and guide them through the service process Schedule appointments and manage repair orders efficiently Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs Promote maintenance services and dealership recommendations as appropriate Track repairs through completion, keeping customers informed every step of the way Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Experienced Automotive Service Advisors strongly preferred (dealership or independent shop welcome) Experience with CDK and Xtime is a strong plus Strong automotive knowledge with the ability to explain technical details clearly Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent Must pass a pre-employment background check and
