We are a family-owned and operated dealership with a rapidly growing service operation, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and understands the importance of providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner Move customer vehicles throughout the service drive, shop, and parking areas Retrieve vehicles for customers when service is completed Keep the service drive clean, organized, and presentable Maintain organization of vehicles on the service lot Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement as needed Help keep customer waiting and service areas clean and professional Perform basic vehicle preparation, including removing protective coverings and ensuring vehicles are ready for customer delivery Assist with dealership errands and transportation needs when required Maintain cleanliness around the exterior of the dealership and service department Follow all dealership safety procedures when operating customer and dealership vehicles Perform other duties as needed to support the Service Department What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable driving a variety of cars, trucks, SUVs, and larger vehicles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Mount Pleasant CDJR?
