Job Description
If you're the kind of person who genuinely likes people — reads a customer in thirty seconds, builds trust fast, and closes work because they believe you, not because you pushed — keep reading. This is your kind of counter. Most shops will tell you they're "busy and growing." Here's what's actually different about us: our average repair order is $755 and climbing, we just added another technician, and we still have more work than we can get to. We run on systems, not chaos. For an advisor who can sell, that combination means one thing — real money, and the volume to earn it. We're looking for one outgoing, confident closer to own our front counter. What You'll Earn $800 week base salary with weekly commission stacked on top of every ticket you sell. Strong advisors here earn $1,500/week — and the commission is uncapped, so the better you close, the higher it climbs. Top performers are on track for $80K+. And you'll have the work to hit it. A $755 average RO that keeps climbing, more jobs than our team can handle, and a shop that's growing fast mean the opportunity isn't theoretical — it's sitting on the board waiting for someone who can close it. Paid time off and paid holidays included. Where It Goes This isn't a dead-end counter job. We're a technology- and process-first operation, growing fast and building real management structure — and with initiative, you're in the conversation for our GM seat. Own the front, prove it, and there's a path. Who You Are First, and most important: You can sell — and you love it. You're comfortable presenting and getting approval on $1,000-$3,000+ repairs, and you do it by explaining the why and earning trust, not by pushing. Asking a customer to approve real money doesn't rattle you — it's the part you're good at. Outgoing and warm. You genuinely enjoy people. Customers like you within a minute of meeting you — and that's not an act, it's who you are.
Then:
You understand this world — service advisor, service writer, parts counter, service or assistant manager, dealership service or parts, or a technician ready to move up front. (We'll take a great personality who knows cars over an experienced advisor who freezes at the close — but you need to be comfortable around vehicles, parts, and estimates.) Organized and calm when the shop gets slammed. Dependable — here on time, every day, available to customers and techs all day. Quick on software — we run Tekmetric, Steer CRM, and AutoOps daily (Tekmetric experience is a plus, not required). Driven — you hold yourself to a standard and you want to grow. We hold each other to standards that let us excel. If you'd rather coast, this isn't your shop. The Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM — no nights, no weekends, ever $800 week base +uncapped commission (strong advisors reach $1,500/week) Paid time off and paid holidays Full-time, in person How to Apply Email us your resume , we will reach out with in a day.Job Type:
