Flexible Staffing is hiring a Mechanic in Piedmont, SC! Full Time, Temp-to-Hire Apply online at www.fssstaff.com Basic duties
- Overhead crane use
- Forklift use
- Pressurized washing, sandblasting (small booth), loading parts washer
- Painting
- Grinding, deburring
- Mechanic and mechanic assistant working to disassemble and assemble pumps Intermediate/advanced duties for certain candidates…salary discussion
- Experience with rotating machines
- Alignments
- Hydraulic wrenches, torque wrenches
- Shrink fits, assembly of heated components, propylene torch
- Balance of rotating parts/assemblies
- Hydrostatic test, air test, leak test
- Hand measurement tools, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, flatness, float, surface finish, hardness, PMI gun
- Critical lifts
- Technical write-ups of disassembly observations
