WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to accurately write repair orders and explain recommended services Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment Self-motivated, professional, dependable, and team-oriented Valid driver's license

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs based on technician findings Prepare and explain repair orders, estimates, and timelines Communicate with customers throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up on completed services Ready to take your career to the next level?
