Responsibilities include:

Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns Perform vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs Complete maintenance and mechanical repairs Brake, suspension, steering and related repairs Electrical and diagnostic work appropriate to your skill level Help move vehicles efficiently through our reconditioning process Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with management Complete quality work efficiently and correctly Maintain a clean, organized work area What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to change oil. We're looking for a technician who has professional automotive repair experience and is ready to continue developing their skills.

You should be:

Experienced in professional automotive repair Comfortable working independently Productive in a flat-rate environment Dependable and accountable Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems Willing to learn and continue developing Proud of the quality of your work Able to work well with other technicians and management In possession of a valid driver's license Equipped with your own automotive tools ASE certifications are a plus, but experience and demonstrated ability matter more to us than what's printed on a certificate.
