Visit our website to learn more about our remarkable company: https://www.dmshealth.com/ The Trailer Service and Maintenance Administrator manages the maintenance lifecycle of the assigned trailer fleet, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and operational readiness. Essential Functions Oversee and manage all aspects of system and trailer maintenance service delivery. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient service. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Document and verify additional work needed during inspection to establish refurbishment expectations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical, vocational, or healthcare-related training preferred. Experience in mobile medical operations, mobile imaging, healthcare operations, or a related mobile healthcare environment strongly preferred. Working knowledge of mobile medical units, trailers, onboard systems, and general equipment maintenance preferred. Experience coordinating preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, service vendors, and operational readiness is preferred. Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic equipment or mobile unit issues and coordinate appropriate resources for resolution. Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to track maintenance issues, service needs, and equipment readiness through completion. Ability to work effectively with Operations, technologists, drivers, the Call Center, service personnel, and outside vendors. Understanding of DOT/fleet requirements and mobile medical equipment compliance is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize issues based on operational and customer impact. Willingness to travel as needed to support mobile medical operations, equipment issues, unit deployments, and other operational needs.
