Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of vehicles by performing essential maintenance services. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance. Conduct routine inspections and basic automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during service tasks. Assist with heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and recommendations for their vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with other service technicians to align on best practices and improve service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues. Familiarity with oil change procedures and general maintenance tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in an automotive setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment. A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory.
