About Us:

Industrial Powder Coating is an industrial sandblasting, powder coating, and pickup/delivery shop based in Cleveland, Tennessee. We opened in June 2023 and are now in our fourth year, growing on repeat business from manufacturers and fabricators.. Most of our work is picked up and delivered by our own team, and we're looking for a Class A driver who wants more than just driving. You can see our work at Industrialpowdercoating.org. Why We Pay $50/Hour Our pay is well above the local market on purpose. This isn't a driving-only job. Our driver keeps our customers' parts moving on the road and helps produce them in the shop. We hold a zero-defect standard, from the way a load is secured to the finish on the last part. We would rather pay top wages to one versatile, reliable person than split this work among several people who don't share that standard. When you're not on the road, you're in the shop; sandblasting, powder coating, material handling, and equipment repair. Every team member learns and masters every role, and our customer-first, team-first approach means you may be needed in any position on any given day. What We're Looking For A strong sense of ownership. Your loads and your parts represent us. A safe, professional driver who treats customers' parts like their own Willingness to learn blasting and coating and hold them to a high standard A steady pace in a fast-moving, non-traditional environment Thinking ahead to minimize downtime between runs and shop work A positive, adaptable attitude when priorities change Requirements Valid Class A CDL Current DOT medical card Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years) Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen Minimum driving experience, 2+ year of Class A experience Physical requirements: regularly lift up to 75 lbs; work in a blast suit and near cure ovens for extended periods Preferred (Not Required) Flatbed and load securement experience Fabrication or welding experience Leadership experience Schedule and Compensation $50/hour starting pay for all hours, driving and shop, paid weekly Hours vary; Monday through Friday only. First shift with a start time between 4am and 6am.
