Hour:

Our pay is well above the local market on purpose. We run a small, cross-trained team and hold a zero-defect standard: nothing leaves our shop with a flaw. We would rather pay top wages to a few people who meet that standard than staff a larger crew that doesn't. We also expect all team members to diagnose and fix any and all issues you encounter. If you want your skill, ownership and efforts to be paid for, this is the place. Every team member learns and masters every role. Our customer-first, team-first approach means you may be needed in any position on any given day. What We're Looking For A strong sense of ownership. Your work matters here. Safe, efficient operation of blasting & coating equipment, and heavy machinery Ability to learn new tasks quickly and hold them to a high standard A steady pace in a fast-moving, non-traditional environment Thinking ahead to minimize downtime A positive, adaptable attitude when priorities change Physical RequirementsRegularly lift up to 75lbs; work in a blast suit and near cure ovens for extended periods; stand and move for a full shift. Preferred (Not Required) Class A CDL Fabrication experience Leadership experience

Required:

valid driver's license and clean driving record.
