Express Lube Technician — Columbia CDJR Columbia, TN | Full-time | $15-$18/hour About the Role Our Columbia service department is hiring an Express Lube Technician. This is a paid training track — you'll earn while you learn, with on-site training and a clear path into the Mopar/FCA manufacturer certification program. If you want a long-term career turning wrenches, this is where it starts. What You'll Do Perform oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and top-offs to factory specification Complete tire rotations, pressure checks, and tread inspections Run multi-point vehicle inspections and flag additional service needs to the advisor or technician Assist senior technicians with general maintenance as needed Document every service accurately in the repair order Operate lifts, power tools, and shop equipment safely Keep your bay and work area clean and organized What You Need Prior automotive service experience preferred — quick lube, tire shop, or dealership Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Team player who communicates well with advisors and technicians ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus, not a requirement What We Offer $15-$18 per hour, based on experience Paid on-site training and sponsored manufacturer certification Clear advancement path to Line Technician Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Five-day work week, closed Sundays Family-owned dealership group with four stores and room to grow Ready to build a career, not just work a job?
