REQUIRES

hands on experience as an efficient A or B level technician, this role is not a lube technician role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair, with experience in diagnosing and resolving complicated drivability and electrical failures. As an (A or B level) Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately. Execute repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain and electrical systems. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist in troubleshooting complex problems. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using modern diagnostic tools (DVOM, osciliscope, scan tools, etc.) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay Depending on skill level/motivation/drive we can offer hybrid pay plans ranging up to $90,000 Hybrid Pay plan rewarding consistency and efficiently skilled technicians Monthly shop performance bonus
