Technician Levels B-Level Technician $30 per flagged hour. Earning potential up to $83,000 annually. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs. A-Level Technician $40 per flagged hour. Earning potential up to $104,000 annually. Perform advanced diagnostics plus mechanical and electrical repairs. Experienced Master Technicians may earn more based on experience and productivity. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles. Perform maintenance and vehicle inspections. Repair brakes, suspension, steering, engines, and drivability concerns. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors. Follow shop procedures and quality standards. Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Strong diagnostic and repair skills. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to continue learning and training. ASE certifications are a plus. Compensation & Benefits $30
