Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Family Brands, LLC is a further processing facility located in in Lenoir City, TN. Family Brands prides itself in providing superior products to our loyal and dedicated customers. Family Brands produces products such as franks, bologna, smoked sausages, hams, Redhots, beef & pork roasts, BBQ ribs, BBQ, gourmet chili's & various other delicious products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial mechanics and be proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting various equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and requires a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and repair. Duties Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively. Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment functionality. Operate scissor lifts and other machinery safely as required for maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on equipment improvements. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role within a manufacturing facility. Strong knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in machinery. Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks as needed. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality assurance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
