Join Our Team as an Entry-Level RV Technician! Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for all things mechanical and electrical? Do you love to learn and are you ready to start a rewarding career in a growing industry? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level RV Technician to join our growing family owned and operated business. No prior RV experience is necessary. We're committed to providing the training and support you need to succeed. If you have a solid foundation in automotive repair, electrical systems, plumbing, or general construction, you could be a great fit for our team. What You'll Do
- Assist our experienced technicians with diagnosing and repairing various issues on recreational vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as winterizations, de-winterizations, and safety checks.
- Work on electrical systems, including wiring, batteries, and appliances.
- Tackle plumbing issues, from leaks to tank systems.
- Repair and install interior and exterior components, such as awnings, and slide-outs.
- Learn how to use diagnostic tools and repair manuals effectively.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe. What We're Looking For
- A strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in a related field (automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
