Our team is passionate about maintaining and repairing medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks , ensuring safety and reliability for our customers. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Medium Duty Truck Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of medium-duty trucks . Your expertise will help keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently, supporting our commitment to quality service. Must have medium duty truck repair experience Responsibilities Diagnose and repair medium-duty trucks, including engine, transmission, air brake systems, hydraulics, suspension, and electrical components. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, and shocks & struts replacement. Replacing engines, transmissions, rearends Troubleshooting aftertreament issues Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and timelines. Qualifications Proven truck repair experience with a strong mechanical background. Skilled in engine diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and truck repair. Familiarity with schematics for electrical systems. Ability to perform repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, HVAC systems, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and maintenance machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge. Physical ability to lift heavy components safely during repairs and inspections.
