Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently and precisely. Work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology and auto electrical systems to ensure modern vehicle features function correctly. Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics for complex repairs like diesel engine repair, auto body repairs, and heavy equipment mechanics. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in dealership or independent shop environments. Extensive knowledge of automotive mechanical systems including transmissions, diesel engines, powertrain components, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical systems. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for troubleshooting complex issues. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, auto estimating, auto body repair techniques, welding, and heavy equipment mechanics is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools required for diverse repair tasks. Valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training; ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
