DADS Garage is seeking experienced Auto Technicians to join our team in maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet including passenger cars, light trucks, commercial vehicles, diesel vehicles, school buses, and European models. This role offers competitive pay, a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off, and requires working primarily as an individual contributor within a small team environment. There is no travel involved. Responsibilities Perform vehicle diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools Repair and maintain engines, brakes, suspension, and hydraulic systems Conduct electrical systems repair and maintenance Execute preventive maintenance and parts replacement Perform safety inspections on various vehicle types Handle standard and specialized automotive tools efficiently Work on diesel and heavy line vehicles within a mixed fleet Use mobile apps for service management and record keeping Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in automotive repair High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in engine diagnostics, brake systems, and electrical repair Knowledge of hydraulic systems Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Effective time management abilities Preferred Qualifications ASE certification is a plus but not required Pay Expectations Weekly Direct Deposit Hourly Plus Commission Pay is based on experience.

Pay:
