Pay:

35% commission on billed labor — $135/hr retail, $110/hr fleet — plus a $1,000/week guarantee for your first 60 days. OGC10 Garage & Co. LLC is a veteran-owned independent shop in Anna, TX doing full mechanical service work — diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance — alongside a growing fleet contract base (Meals on Wheels Collin County, and municipal work in the works). We're looking for an experienced technician who can own the hard jobs, not just the fast ones. What you'd be doing Diagnosing and repairing a mixed fleet — domestic, European, and import Handling genuinely difficult diagnostic work: intermittent electrical issues, drivability complaints, the stuff that doesn't clear with a quick code read Working efficiently across both retail customer vehicles and fleet contract work Pay structure 35% commission on all billed labor $1,000/week guaranteed for your first 60 days while you ramp up $500/week minimum ongoing after that — this is a floor, not a target; most weeks will earn well above it Separate hourly pay for any time spent on DIY bay member assistance (not commissionable, paid on top) What we're looking for ASE Master certification preferred; advanced diagnostic certifications (L1, L2, L3) a strong plus Real experience with complex and intermittent diagnostic work — not just routine maintenance Own tools (standard for flat rate positions) Valid driver's license Someone who can work independently — this is a small, hands-on shop, not a big-box chain What we offer Straightforward, transparent pay structure tied directly to your work A mix of retail and fleet work for consistent ticket flow A shop that's still growing — real input into how things run, not just another bay number To apply: OGC10 Garage & Co.
