In this role, you will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and emissions repairs, and carry out advanced repairs including engine, transmission, and HVAC system servicing. You will utilize industry-standard diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems accurately and efficiently, communicate findings and recommended repairs to service advisors, and keep detailed records of work performed. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to safety and environmental regulations is essential. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork is vital. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of automotive systems, technical aptitude, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures. Previous experience in automotive repair and a valid driver's license are required. Technical certifications such as ASE are preferred.
