Lube Technician / Automotive Customer Service Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Lube Technician / Automotive Customer Service team member. This position is responsible for performing basic automotive maintenance services while providing friendly, professional service to our customers. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, oil filter replacements, and basic preventive maintenance. Check and service vehicle fluids, tire pressure, batteries, filters, and other basic vehicle components. Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance issues. Assist customers by explaining recommended services clearly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service from check-in through completion of the service. Answer customer questions and help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow company safety procedures and proper automotive service practices. Operate equipment and tools safely and correctly. Work as part of a team to provide fast, accurate, and quality service. Recommend additional services when appropriate without using high-pressure sales tactics. Qualifications Automotive experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to safely lift and handle automotive equipment and materials. Valid driver's license preferred.
