Job Description
Autochoice is seeking experienced, dependable, and motivated Automotive Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of domestic and foreign vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Perform accurate vehicle inspections and diagnostics. Repair engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, braking, electrical, and HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, fluid services, and scheduled maintenance. Install lift kits, leveling kits, suspension components, wheels, tires, and truck accessories. Diagnose drivability, electrical, and check engine light concerns. Perform alignments and suspension repairs. Follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Document repairs accurately and communicate recommendations to service advisors. Test drive vehicles before and after repairs when necessary. Maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience (preferred). Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use diagnostic scan tools and repair software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Own professional automotive tools. ASE certifications are a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
