Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on diverse vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to troubleshoot complex problems effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair. Expertise in working with European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles across various brands. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for accurate troubleshooting. Strong mechanical skills with experience in automotive electrical systems, powertrain repairs, welding, and heavy equipment mechanics. Familiarity with auto estimating software and vehicle maintenance procedures. Excellent hand tool proficiency along with the ability to work efficiently with power tools and mechanical repair equipment. Ability to diagnose issues accurately using automotive diagnostics tools while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Good communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach to ensure positive service experiences.
