Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in performing oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our customers' vehicles while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to conduct routine maintenance tasks. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Assist service technicians with more complex repairs as needed, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration. Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle for customer reference and warranty purposes. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs. Experience Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive service role is preferred. Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus, along with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Strong understanding of automotive systems and components, including oil change procedures and basic mechanical repairs. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are advantageous but not mandatory.
