Job Description

RV Service Technician $30-$40 Flat Rate | Experienced Technicians If You're One of the Best at What You Do, We Want to Talk to You. We are looking for an experienced RV Technician who takes pride in producing quality work, staying productive, and getting the job done right the first time. This is not an entry-level position. We want technicians who know how to work, can diagnose problems, manage their time, and take ownership of their repairs. If you are one of the best, dependable, skilled, efficient, and want to work with a team that values high performance, we want to hear from you. Position Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as an RV Technician required Level 1 RVTI or RVTAA certification preferred Monday-Friday schedule: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Rotating half-day
Saturdays:
8:30 AM-2:00 PM What You'll Do Diagnose and repair RV systems and components Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, structural, and mechanical repairs Complete maintenance and warranty repairs Accurately identify needed repairs and parts Produce quality work while maintaining strong productivity Keep your work area clean, organized, and professional Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members Inspect your work and make sure repairs are completed correctly before the RV leaves your bay Take ownership of your jobs from diagnosis through completion What We're Looking For Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Dependable attendance and consistent productivity Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Willingness to learn and continue improving your skills Team-first attitude with personal accountability Compensation $30-$40 per flat-rate hour , based on experience, skill level, certifications, and demonstrated ability.
