Responsibilities Conduct oil changes and replace automotive fluids to keep vehicles running smoothly Perform tire rotations, tire replacements, and basic wheel alignments to ensure safety and performance Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and other vehicle maintenance tasks Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete maintenance procedures accurately Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors Support automotive service operations by maintaining cleanliness of work area and organizing tools and parts Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs when needed, gaining valuable hands-on experience Experience Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics is advantageous Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance tasks required Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, and performing heavy lifting safely is essential Strong customer service skills to explain services and build positive relationships with clients Basic understanding of alignment procedures and minor mechanical vehicle repairs beneficial Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in all tasks performed Join us to be part of a team that values enthusiasm, technical skill development, and delivering outstanding vehicle care.
